1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account on Twichihunt (“Platform”, “We”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy.
1.2 You must be 18+ to use Twichihunt, or 18+ to make purchases, become a merchant, or create paid content/events. If under 18, you need parent/guardian consent.

2. Your Account

2.1 You are responsible for your login, password, and all activity under your account.
2.2 Provide accurate info. One person = one account. No impersonation.
2.3 We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or inactivity.

3. What You Can Do on Twichihunt You
may use Twichihunt to:

3.1 Create Content: Post photos, videos, text, and interact with others. You own your content but grant Twichihunt a license to host and display it.
3.2 Buy Products & Services: Purchase from merchants via the app. Twichihunt processes payments but is not the seller. Disputes go to the merchant first.
3.3 Subscribe to Exclusive Channels: Pay creators for exclusive content. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All sales are final except where law requires.
3.4 Become a Merchant: List and sell products. Separate Merchant Agreement applies. Twichihunt takes commission on sales.
3.5 Create Events: Host free or paid events, public or private. Twichihunt takes a % of ticket sales + QR code fees apply. You are solely liable for your event.
3.6 Create Exclusive Channels: Charge subscribers for your content. Twichihunt takes a % of revenue. Separate Creator Agreement applies.
3.7 Invite Users: Share referral links/invites. No spam or misleading invites.

4. Payments & Fees

4.1 All purchases are processed via Twichihunt’s payment partners. Prices include applicable fees unless stated.
4.2 For subscriptions and tickets, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
4.3 Refunds follow each feature’s policy. Twichihunt may issue refunds for fraud or non-delivery at its discretion.

5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:

5.1 Post illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
5.2 Scam, spam, harass users, or manipulate engagement.
5.3 Circumvent fees by taking payments off-platform.
5.4 Sell prohibited items: weapons, drugs, counterfeits, etc. See Prohibited Items list. Violation = content removal, suspension, or ban.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Twichihunt owns the app, logo, and software. Don’t copy it.
6.2 You own your content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and promote it to operate the Platform.
6.3 Report infringement to hello@twichihunt.com.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

7.1 Twichihunt is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that user content is accurate.
7.2 We are not liable for: user-generated content, merchant products, events, or disputes between users. Use at your own risk.
7.3 Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

8.1 You may delete your account anytime. Paid subscriptions must be canceled separately.
8.2 We may terminate your access for breach, illegal activity, or risk to users.

9. Governing Law These

Terms are governed by the laws of *The Federal Republic of Nigeria*. Disputes go to courts in *[Lagos, Nigeria]*.

10. Changes We may update Terms.
