Businesses that sign up to TwichiHunt will be given a catalogue which will contain all their products alongside each product's QR code.
This is provided for them to facilitate offline purchase.
The catalogue can be shared electronically and in hard copy. (TwichiHunt will provide some additional value-added services including but not limited to marketing, customer service, and logistics partnerships to cater for customers).
TwichiHunt will also provide seller support to all its merchants to help grow their businesses. Merchants can greatly increase sales and revenue by partnering with us, while we worry about giving them the capability and customer-base needed to achieve maximum potential.
We also provide convenient payment terms for the proceeds of merchants’ sales. TwichiHunt offers its customers prepaid delivery payment options for goods purchased.

All a merchant is required to do to enjoy all these benefits is to review and accept the terms and conditions of the TwichiHunt Agreement below.

TwichiHunt reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any point without notice, by updating the content on the TwichiHunt website.

GENERAL Age:
You agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required in your country without parental control) before accessing the Website and Mobile Application.
You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification prior to making a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale fully govern the sale of goods and services purchased on this Site and App. No extrinsic evidence, whether oral or written, will be incorporated

MERCHANT AGREEMENT
In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this Agreement, Merchants/Sellers and TwichiHunt (jointly referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”) hereby agree as follows:
ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Assigning or sub-contracting any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing by the seller.
We reserve the right to transfer, assign or subcontract the benefit of the whole or part of any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party.
MERCHANT OPERATION
Merchants/sellers can upload their products to the App through the website on the Dashboard with their login details given to them. This is the medium by which they can manage and modify their products on the app.- Merchants' stores on the App are tailored to the Seller with payment gateway and;- Access to Merchant admin dashboard and other account management systems; to add and modify products and their prices.
Each merchant's products are subject to scrutiny by TwichiHunt and reserve the right to approve products before they are uploaded live to the app.
We reserve the right to take down any product that violates ethics or violates any extant laws or deemed un-wholesome/ improper.
TwichiHunt has the right to Expel any Merchant Seller from its Platform if any, or a combination, of the following breaches are committed:- Fails to make a product that has been ordered for on available for delivery within three (3) working days after it was deemed to be available for delivery;- Provides fake, inferior or substandard products that have been sold as genuine;- Provides used, refurbished or damaged products that has been sold as new or unused;- Lists and sells products that have not been authorised for sale by the appropriate regulatory body (including but not limited to the NCC, NAFDAC, etc.);- Fails to meet the Quality Of Service Standards (Q.O.S) as defined.- Engages in any activity which would be considered illegal under Nigerian law, or engages in any activity that could be considered as fraudulent or misleading;- Engages in any activity that brings TwichiHunt, or any of its customers, partner vendors into disrepute.
TwichiHunt reserves the right to alter these QOS rules at any time, and in the event of any changes TwichiHunt will inform the Merchant/Seller by publishing the same on TwichiHunt's App or website.

TwichiHunt will send a formal warning to the Seller after each incident.
The Merchant agrees to use reasonable diligence in providing TwichiHunt with genuine products and accurate product information, and shall be responsible for listing and pricing their products on the TwichiHunt app and also update inventory level based on stock availability.
Merchant shall have access to a dedicated Merchant support team to attend to all inquiries and other account management services;

Merchants can share or advertise their products catalogue on any offline and online platform or medium, and other marketing services as available and appropriate.Access to logistics partners; -By listing your products on TwichiHunt, Merchants can Use their personal delivery carrier for shipping to the customer or use any carrier provided on the TwichiHunt delivery system platform.
-The cost of shipment may vary and will be determined by the distance between the location of goods picked up (from the Merchant's store) and the customer's destination, as determined by our algorithm.
-Merchants/Sellers are also expected to handle their returns through their preferred logistics service provider or as agreed with the customer.
TwichiHunt will not be responsible for returning your shipped orders to you.
-Provision of analytics and Merchant/Seller Services Helpline Number (Mon – Fri; 08:00 – 18:00).

PAYMENT AND PRICING
-We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the App to our users; Merchants must upload accurate prices for their products.
However, in the inevitable event that errors occur, merchants should notify us within 2hrs of the purchase being made and notification sent to them. Otherwise the merchant bears the loss in the difference.
-For all of the Services provided by TwichiHunt under this Agreement, the Seller shall compensate TwichiHunt, with commissions or other payments as required, in accordance with the terms of the ‘Commission Structure, which will be communicated to all Merchants; or agreed in advance between both parties, or detailed elsewhere on the TwichiHunt Website.

-TwichiHunt will from time to time review the category commission structure and will notify the Merchant of any changes by communicating directly to Merchants, or publishing the same on the on TwichiHunt's website not less than fourteen (14) days before any variation in commission rate or charging structure takes place.-Payments shall be remitted into the Merchants account after the shipped orders have been confirmed as received by the customer and the return policy stated on the product has expired.

All TwichiHunt orders are prepaid and so TwichiHunt shall deduct the commission before remitting the Net Value into the merchant’s account, after delivery has been made to customer TAX AND DUTIESTwichiHunt is an independent Entity, therefore we will be fully responsible for payment of its own income taxes on all compensation earned under this Agreement.Merchant/Seller will not withhold or pay any income tax, social security tax, or any other payroll taxes on TwichiHunt’s behalf.

TwichiHunt is also not responsible for remitting or paying VAT (Value Added Taxes) on behalf of the Merchant/Seller.
TwichiHunt understands that it will not be entitled to any fringe benefits that Merchant/Seller provides for its employees generally or to any statutory employment benefits, including without limitation, worker’s compensation or unemployment insurance.

CUSTOMER'S TERMS OF SERVICE.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.All returns should be made within 7 days of receiving order, TwichiHunt will not bear the loss should negligence arise on the part of the customer.
TwichiHunt will not accept returns already used by customers, done in bad faith to circumvent our good will. This list is non-exhaustive and similar actions are also strictly prohibited.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall result in the immediate revocation of the licence granted in this paragraph without prior notice to you. Should we determine at our sole discretion that you are in breach of any of these conditions, we reserve the right to deny you access to this website and its contents and do so without prejudice to any available remedies at law or otherwise.
TwichiHunt may at its sole discretion add or remove Services from the above list from time to time and some of the new services may attract separate charges, in which case the Seller will be informed before provision of the said services.
TwichiHunt reserves the right to alter or vary the available Services, the nature of the Services and any charges at its sole discretion.
The Merchant agrees to use reasonable diligence in providing TwichiHunt with genuine products and accurate product information.
The seller shall also be responsible for listing and pricing their products on their Dashboard and also update inventory level based on stock availability.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of theFederal Republic of Nigeria in force from time to time and any disputes arising out of or inconnection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within Lagos State.
